NY Asphalt Inc is a heavy civil contractor operating in the NY, NJ, MD, PA and CT regions. Established in 1998 by current President Michael Thompson, the company successfully completed projects such as underground utility work, sitework/earthwork and excavation, curb and flat work and finally milling and paving with a primary service area in the 5 boroughs of NYC.
Over the past 25 years the company has evolved from a small business catering to local contractors and municipalities to a full service “turn key” civil contractor successfully completing projects for NYC DDC, NYCEDC, NYCDEP, NYPD, NYNJPA, Hudson River Park Trust Corp. and a handful of fortune 500 clients. Our family has grown to approx. 125 employees which execute our corporate vision with excellent work ethics, outstanding safety records, and a pure passion to exceed client expectations day in and day out.
